Order Reviews and How to Read Them
One of the ways we make sure you’ll love your new custom cabinet doors is by sending you an Order Review before we start manufacturing. The Order Review shows all of the doors in your order in detail, with pictures of the front and back as well as the profile. This way, we can confirm that all of the details are correct before we start making your custom cabinet doors.
Here is an example of an Order Review.
1. Each size of door or drawer front that you order is listed on its own page. In this case, the customer ordered two identical doors, so the quantity at the top right corner says 2.
2. The notes include a description of the door style including any special features you've selected, such as the outside edge profile, the back type, or hinge holes.
3. These drawings show what the door looks like from the front and the back.
4. The cross section shown at the bottom of the page lets you see what your door profile looks like from the side.
When you receive your Order Review, you can let us know if you want to make any changes to your order. We’ll wait until you give us your go-ahead before we proceed. We want to be sure you'll be satisfied with your new cabinet doors, and we're happy to answer any questions you may have before we start manufacturing.
