Returns and refunds

Check over your products within 3 days of them being delivered. If they were damaged during shipping, or they are not what was listed on your approved Order Review, simply take a photo of the problem and send it to us, and we will find a solution to resolve the issue.

If you have not yet received your Order Review, you can cancel your order and receive a refund (minus a 10% administrative fee).

If you have received but not yet approved the Order Review, we can issue a refund for all but the $65 Setup charge.

If you have already approved the Order Review, we cannot issue a refund as we will have started to cut your doors by then.
