Ordering Multiple Doors

You can change the quantity of the door you are ordering in the Cart page once you have added it to the cart. If you want to order many doors of the same style you can click the Back button in the browser from the shopping cart page once you have added a door.  It will keep all the same settings so you can just edit the size or any other detail and then add it to the cart. Repeat the process until you have added all your parts to the cart.

Manufacturing Process

After you place your order you will receive an Order Review by email within 2 business days. This will list all the parts and include the sizes and quantities as well as a line drawing of the style you chose.  Once you approve the Order Review we will begin production and it will take 10-14 days to have your doors ready to be shipped.

Shipping

We charge for shipping after we have packaged up your doors and determined the most cost effective way to ship your order.  We will send you an invoice via Stripe and once paid we will ship your order.  Typically it is with Canada Post or Manitoulin Transport.  For larger orders requiring Manitoulin Transport it is more economical if it is shipped to a business with a loading dock or a forklift as there is a surcharge for residential delivery and lift gate service.

Custom Orders

We build custom 5 piece wooden doors and design and develop custom 1 piece MDF doors. Contact us if you can't find one of our existing styles that fits your needs and we can give you a quote for custom doors.

Grain matching of the White Oak veneer cabinet doors is available. Allowing a continuous grain to flow from door to door. You will need to upload a reference drawing so we can plan it out properly. Wood grain can vary greatly from tree to tree. For instance, white oak veneer from one tree may be cream colour where as the veneer from another tree may be light brown. We do our best to use a consistent grain for each project but it is a natural product and there can be some variation. We can send you a photo of the veneer we are using before we produce your parts. We stock a range of standard veneers but we are able to source veneer from most species of tree.
