Description

The Catchacoma is a single piece shaker cabinet door with a recessed panel made to look like a traditional looking 5 piece door.  The single piece shaker cabinet door is also great for painting. There is no chance of joints on the rail and stile or a panel that moves  therefore there are no cracks in the paint. This can be a problem with painted 5 piece doors.

Including the Trent we manufacture several styles of recessed panels doors but contact us if you have a style that you would like us to reproduce. Send us drawings or pictures of the edge profiles and the centre panel design and we will assess the feasibility.

Glass centre panels are also an option. Adds a great feature to any room. You can order the glass yourself cut to your required size.

Premium quality Plum Creek MDF is used for manufacturing our panels. Every panel is built on demand to your specifications. If you would like a sample simply contact us with the style you want.

Custom Kitchen Cabinet Doors manufactured in rural Ontario. Our shop is over 8000 sq.ft. and situated in an old dairy barn 20 km east of Peterborough. We manufacturer quality MDF doors in addition to Wood Veneer cabinet doors and panels.

The technology in the shop includes a CanCam B3 5′ x 10′ router. A CanCam Beam4 laser capable of cutting and etching with a 39″ x 63″ table is the latest addition.  Materials we work with include plywood, baltic birch, melamine, MDF, natural wood and acrylic in any size.  Production of one off items including prototypes or manufacture large runs of products. We work in Mozaik, Vectrix, AutoCad, Sketchup, LightBurn and Illustrator. We can manage any digital files you may have.
